My Story
My name is Alena, I come from the Czech Republic and I have been living in Italy for sixteen years now.
Since I was a child I have always had a passion for manual work. My manual skills and creativity led me to choose art high school and I continued with the University of Florence, graduating as a pattern maker and stylist.
After years of working in this sector, life and situations made me discover another wonderful world and I opened myself up to new change. I felt that I had to continue on this path, always using the manual skills I had as a gift. I graduated as a Sports Masseuse and I was completely passionate about this job. I love working with people and making them feel better and I try to use exclusive techniques specifically for their well-being.
My studies definitely don't end here, I'm deepening my knowledge by adding other beautiful disciplines to my work. Always with the intention of offering and giving more to my customers
I am originally from the Czech Republic, but my home has been in Italy for over 18 years. My journey into energy began with a deep personal search for balance and well-being. Over time, this path has become my calling: to help others discover and awaken their life energy through Kundalini Activation.
I work with hundreds of people, and each meeting has been a confirmation of how energetic potential and transformation are within everyone's reach, all you need to do is open the right door. My experience focuses on the integration of the three emotional centers: head, heart, and belly. These three aspects of the human being are connected and in balance, representing the key to deep inner healing.
