Filippo Cirri
Massage Therapist – Sports Specialization
My name is Filippo and I'm completing my professional training at TAO, a program dedicated to various massage techniques and personalized treatment.
I completed the sports-related training, specializing in muscle-relaxing and sports massage, stretching, cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, and athlete preparation.
What interests me most, however, is not limiting myself to performing a standard technique.
My goal is to understand the needs of the body in front of me and create a targeted treatment, adapting techniques, intensity, and manual work to the needs of the individual.
I strongly believe in the concept of a journey: not just intervening when the body is already stiff or tired, but working over time to help it become freer, more mobile, and less conditioned by the tensions accumulated in everyday life.
My philosophy
I don't consider massage simply as an hour of relaxation.
Stress, physical activity, a sedentary lifestyle, prolonged postures, and daily habits can cause the body to feel progressively stiffer and more compressed.
My work therefore begins by listening to and observing the individual's needs, with the aim of developing personalized treatments and programs that foster a greater sense of freedom, mobility, and well-being over time.
A body that is freer to move is a body that we can experience better in everyday life.
For this reason, I place particular emphasis on mobility, flexibility, and movement awareness alongside massage, elements that can become part of a true education in daily physical well-being.
My training also continues through a comprehensive program of approximately 15 types of treatment, which includes techniques dedicated to well-being, drainage, and aesthetic treatments of the body.
“Il corpo è fatto per muoversi, non per vivere costantemente in tensione.”
