Service Description
A space dedicated to slowing down, relaxing, and regulating the nervous system through guided practices of presence and listening. The session can help release tension, reduce mental and emotional stress, and rediscover greater calm and connection with oneself. Counseling accompanies moments of stress, change, or particular emotional sensitivity by supporting listening, balance, and inner harmony.


Cancellation Policy
Kundalini Activation and Innerdance sessions do not replace medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, or professional healthcare. These experiences are offered as practices aimed at well-being, inner listening, nervous system regulation, and personal growth, and should not be considered medical treatments or diagnostic tools. The work performed during the sessions engages the body, perception, emotions, and the individual's inner state through music, presence, listening, and a safe space. Every individual experiences the process differently, based on their sensitivity, personal history, emotional state, and current psychophysical state. If you have significant psychological conditions, neurological disorders, epilepsy, dissociation, severe emotional instability, a high-risk pregnancy, or any other medical conditions, it is always recommended to consult with your doctor, psychologist, or healthcare professional before attending the session. It is also important to disclose any significant physical or psychological conditions before the session so that we can evaluate together the most appropriate and respectful modality for you. In my approach, the process is never forced. The experience is guided gradually, respecting the nervous system, body, and individual pace of each participant. Each person is always free to slow down, pause, observe, or live the experience according to their own limits, needs, and level of openness in the moment. The session space is based on listening, respect, and safety. There is no "right" or "wrong" way to experience the experience, nor is the goal to achieve particular states or performances. Each process is unique, personal, and natural. For this reason, it is essential to participate with responsibility, presence, and awareness, listening to your body and your inner state throughout the process.
